The most recently constructed group of rooms at the northern end of the hotel complex are located in two buildings standing side by side. One of the buildings already existed as part of the hotel and was remodeled. The second one was located within the ruins of the neighbouring lot and designed as a new building. The project continued to use the architectural and decorative language developed by Argos in Cappadocia, with a refined identity unique to this stage of the development of the complex, and it was among the selections in Arkiv 2013.
