This project was developed for a graduate of the Talas American College, who wanted to spend his vacations near his beloved former school. It’s an experimental design proposing to use the stone construction methods of traditional vineyard houses in the region, for a modern house. With windows and terraces opening to the vineyards to the North, the design made references to the modern period structures of the Talas American College.
This project could not be realized because the existing regulations did not allow a reinforced concrete structure in that location.
