The hotel’s restaurant, Seki, is no longer able to meet the clients’ demands. This fact, along with regional needs have led Argos to plan a new restaurant, lobby and bistro on a 492㎡ group of lots. In this project, some ruined structures to the west of the hotel will be restored and enhanced with new additions. The project began with the demolition of an inappropriate building that was constructed in l980 on Göreme Road, the main artery of Uchisar, and it foresees the use of 750㎡ covered space and 245㎡ open space. The project, now being evaluated by the Heritage Conservation Committee, is expected to be complete by 2018.
