It is a building group located in the old village campus of Uçhisar, across the Tıraz Castle. It takes its name from the old village mill inside which has been preserved with its original quality. Partially and completely destroyed buildings were designed in accordance with the original by using old photographs and documents. In the building group designed as a hotel, 25 rooms, restaurants and social facilities are located.
