Mönch House

This structure that was designed as a summer house for a German family is located at the recent development area on the West of Ortahisar, and is surrounded by new residential buildings. It’s a single storey building, where the reinforced concrete carcass system is supported by masonry walls. The house is distinguished by the simplicity of its clean lines. The aim in the design of the space inside the house was to provide a view of the Fortress of Ortahisar throughout the house. The structure on a 490 m2 lot provides120m2 of living space, with a garden.
