Located in the old village Uçhisar, it is a hotel building with a new plan, in addition to the existing building group on the valley front.

The project, which has a total of 1062 m² gross closed area, consists of 3 parcels.

Within the projected building group, there are 15 rooms, breakfast hall and terraces, which can be reached from the determined main axis.

There is an arched semi-open area cover that defines the main axis.

While making restoration decisions, the existing building was designed as it is, and new plan other than the existing building were designed in accordance with local typology data.
